Key Lime Pie (Restaurant Camellia Street Grill, Chef Terri Rementeria, Everglade City)

4cans condensed milk
8egg yolks
1 1/2 cups key lime juice
Vanilla cookies, crumbed
Walnuts, crushed
liquid butter

Mix condensed milk and egg yolks vey well and then add key lime juice mix and set aside.

To make the crust. Start with a 10 inch pie pan .
In a food processor put any kind of vanilla cookie and walnuts or any nut you like and process .
Add about 5 tablespoons of melted butter and cover the bottom and sides of pie pan .
Next, pour in your key lime mixture and put into oven at 350' F for about 19 minutes.
Let cool and put into fridge.
