Fish-Fanstasies (Roby in Castries, St. Lucia)

Serves 4

500 gr. div. Fishfilet and 250 gr Shrimps
2 Christofine
2 Dasheen
Butter
Olive oil
200 gr Cheddar cut into stripes
Flour
Pepper
Salt
Ginger diced
Garlic diced

Turn the filets and the shrimps in a mixture of flour and some pepper
fry in a pan with butter and oil.

The Dasheen and Chrisofine are cooked for 20 minutes, the halfed and the content taken out, mixed with cheese, ginher, garlic, pepper and salt and filled in again. Gratinate in the oven for 5 minutes. Garnish with the shrimps and serve with the fried fish.
If you cannot obtain Dasheen and Christofine, take big potatoes.
