Shrimps Creole with Pernod (Rudy on Royal Clipper)

Serves 4

800 gr. Jumboshrimps
Onions, chopped
Garlic, chopped
Tomatoes, diced
200 gr.Kokosmilk
100 gr whitewine
100 gr. Pernod
Div. Vegetables as you like
Butter
Pepper
Salt

Fry Onions and Garlic glassy.
Add Shrimps.
3 min. cooking.
Add Tomatoes
Add Kokosmilk and white wine.
Season and let cook strongly for 3 min.
Pour in Pernod and flambee.

Serve with vegetables you like.
