For 4 People:
1 lobster ca 500 gr
250 gr Fideua ( noodles, small, broken)
2 tomatoes , diced
200 gr pistou from red pepper, calabash and onion, chopped
25 gr parsley chopped
10 gr. garlic, chopped
5 gr. Piment (clove-pepper)
5 gr. Safran
Fish-fond
Cut lobster into pieces and heat in hot olive oil in a large pan( paella), add noodles and the other ingredients, add fish-fond, stir and reduce with medium heat for 10 minutes. Cut heat, cover and let infuse another 10 minutes.
