Mallorca is always worth a voyage, has lots to offer, Ballermann for the huns and Magaluff for the sunburned limeys are extra territory, whose occupants luckily enough hardly leave their respective areas. The rest of the island offers all, top cuisine, great wines, shoe manufacturers and artificial pearl makers and Palma a pearl among cities.
We visit the boat show and go sailing with Gliss, the Royal Huisman built ship, owned by friend Marko, a fast and comfortable yacht. The quality of the construction is something to be savoured. Finally cooking with Koldo - Fiedeua de Bogavante, prepared in a Paella, a feat for the gums.
